You share a few details about what you are going through, and we match you with a therapist whose specialisation and style fits. If the first match is not right, you can switch — no cost, no awkward conversation.

Is this online therapy or in-person?

Therapy at Crink is fully online via secure video. You can book from anywhere, and most clients meet their therapist from home or a private corner at work.

How long is a session and how often will we meet?

Sessions are 45 to 50 minutes. Most people start weekly for the first month, then move to fortnightly as things stabilise. You and your therapist decide the cadence together.

Is what I share kept confidential?

Yes. Everything you share is confidential within the legal limits of clinical practice. Notes are stored securely and never shared with employers, family, or insurers without your explicit consent.

Do you work with people outside India?

Yes — clients in 40+ countries see our therapists, with a strong base in the GCC, UK and North America. Sessions are scheduled in your local timezone.

What does it cost?

Pricing is shown transparently once you start the match flow, with bundles for ongoing care. Many employers and insurers reimburse — we can share an invoice on request.
